• At least 50 years old?
• At least 45 years old and have an immediate relative diagnosed with prostate cancer before their 65th birthday?
• At least 40 years old and have more than one immediate relative diagnosed before their 65th birthday?

If you answered yes, you may be eligible for this free screening program.

Appointments are mandatory in order to receive the screening, which includes a physical exam and PSA blood test.

Patients already under the care of a urologist and/or those already diagnosed with prostate cancer are not eligible to participate.
